Just to add to my previous relaying problem question: what I need is, as it seems, a way to deny all messages from any host that claims to be sending messages as my own user, for some other domain. Or, in other words, to deny any message where envelope sender or From: is from my own domain, and To: is for some other domain, if the host that is sending it is not also in my own domain, and with IP from my own domain.
Can qmail-smtpd compare the domain part from incoming server when receiving HELO, with the domain part in envelope sender or From: field with some patch, and if they are not the same, to deny the message? Also, to compare incoming server's IP address with DNS record for his domain part and refuse connection if they are not the same? Would this solve the problem? I hope you understand what I'm saying... :) -- Best regards, Andrea mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
