I know this is a kind off-topic, but I think the problem is related with the qmail-ldap.

Bingo. Check the permission of the directory specified via homeDirectory
and mailMessageStore. One of them is world writeable.
This is not related to qmail-ldap, it is your setup that makes it a
problem for maildrop.

Er... I already checked the permissions of the directory before send the message to this list. The strange behavior was when I changed the:

deliveryProgramPath: /usr/local/bin/maildrop

To:

deliveryProgramPath: /usr/local/bin/maildrop .mailfilter

Doing this I stopped to use /etc/maildroprc and started to use per user filter and the message about "home directory permissions" didnt appear again.

The filter started to be processed and used, doing what was expected to do except that the messages was delivered in the user's maildir and at same time sending a bounce message to the sender.

Due this problem I gave up of maildrop and started to use dot-qmail and Mail::Audit. Using this scenario all is happened as expect to.

Thank you for the attention and
best regards,
Fabio Gomes
