this messages is printed out after the delivery is succeeded but the
file in the queue cannot be mark as "delivered and should be deleted in
the queue."
so the message is left in the queue and makes multiple deliveries.
there is a posibility of some inconsistency of the filesystem where the
queue is located, because marckdone() is simple as
open/fstat/lstat/write.
you had better fsck that filesystem.
