Hi, Could anybody else please comment on whether the patch http://www.nrg4u.com/qmail/ext_todo-20030105.patch has made an improvement in the remote concurrency processing of messages already in the qmail queue. Our testing has shown that it has made absolutely no improvement.
Some example figures when there are no messages in the to be pre processed queue, show performance varying greatly, and in 20 second intervals, our remote concurrency has had the following figures. 25/120, 18/120, 14/120, 120/120 85/120 115/120 31/120 70/120 19/120 As you can see on two occasions, high concurrency did occur, but it has not been maintained.
