political asylum seekers and the ,financial laws of Dubai do not allow asylum seekers 
certain financial rights to such a huge amount of money, in view of this, I can not 
invest this money in Dubai U.A.E, hence, i am asking you to assist us to transfer this 
money out of Dubai U.A.E for investment purposes.  For your efforts, I we are prepared 
to offer you 10% of the total fund, while 5% will be set aside for any expenses that 
we may go through during the transaction and 70% will be kept by my family.  Finally,
