I have a qmail-ldap server running under FreeBSD with 2 processors for over 50,000 users.Recently, I have added 2 more processors(2 CPU -> 4 CPU) into the system.
However, the CPU usage have only slight CPU improvement(from 70% usage -> 60% usage). I found that most of the CPU resources are using for qmail-smtpd and qmail-remote. Why only 10% improvement from 2 CPU to 4 CPU??
