qmailGroup supports three types of members:
dn members
rfc822 email address members
ldap filter members (executes the filter ("query") on the ldap
directory and takes all the resulting mail addresses.)
The group can be protected with three mechanisms:
confirm submit (a.k.a. qsecretary)
only members
moderated (moderator has to approve)
