It seems that Eudora mail clients and Outlook/Express with norton
anti-virus or mcafee anti-virus do not use remote reset correctly.
They appear to send multiple resets before sending data.
I had to comment out the if error loop smtp_rset() of qmail-smtpd.c to
keep my clients working.
