qmail-reply.db

Hello,

Is there any mechanism in qmail-ldap that removes this qmail-reply.db 
file (created when using the -NOTYET feature) after the "reply" 
deliveryMode has been removed?  My concern is that this db file will 
remain in the user's Maildir and will contain outdated data the next 
time the user turns on an automated reply.
