Hello, I have a problem with forwarding messages. User A is sending message to user B. User B has enabled forwarding to C (using mailForwardingAddress attribute in LDAP).
Somehow, it happens that the forwarded message is refused by C: delivery 250: failure: xxx.yyy.zzz.xxx_does_not_like_recipient./Remote_host_said:_550_Recipient_not _allowed_to_receive_email_(GOT_TO)/Giving_up_on_xxx.yyyy.zzz.xxx./ @400000003fbf72641935be34 status: local 0/10 remote 0/20 @400000003fbf72642125e4ac bounce msg 16211 qp 25061 @400000003fbf72642125fc1c end msg 16211 and the notice failure is sended to A, not B. How can this be solved? That was the first part of the problem, and the second is that I dont want the remote server to refuse the message. It works OK with other commercial mail server (where account B is located), but the forwarding rule for the B account is done with the option COPY, not FORWARD. What are the differences between COPY and FORWARD? I would also like to have the copy of forwarded message left in B's account Can all this be done with LDAP attributes deliveryMode? Thanks
