If you are running latest qmail-ldap patch, I believe you can use the new qmail-group feature, there is the possibility to use a filter like "(&(objectClass=qmailUser)(...)" to select all users you want. I am just waiting for the oportunity to use this, here we have huge lists that are dificult to manage by hand.
