you can define MAXRCPTCOUNT=10 in your /etc/tcp.smtp file. suppose you want to do for ip address range 172.16.2.X then you can define like 172.16.2.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",MAXRCPTCOUNT=10 in your /etc/tcp.smtp file.
