I use qmail-scanner for spamassassin and clamav, but we have test
disabling it (using qmail-queue standard for queue processing) and all
goes in the same way. Also, qmail-scanner is not configure to remove
attached files (all email test with attachments I sent with Kmail and
Thunderbird works fine, even sending to an Outlook client (when not
passthrough any Exchange Server)). Thanks for all support.

PD: Mutt mail client, you're a brave man! :D
