Ok,
As per suggestions about this about a month ago.. I have upgraded to
2.2.13 with berkley db-4.2.52. Applied both patches.

I am now running both my backend and database off of dbd
backend bdb
database bdb

However, I still can only add accounts 0 - about 31000.. and then the
adding program just stops. I have tried it with two different
billing systems that we have tried to use (they take the data from our
MS SQL server and populate the Open-LDAP server). I'm about to dump
the data to an ldif and try slapadd or ldapadd, but... still.. why is
it locking up at 31000 entries? No one has seen this before? Nothing
wierd shows up on the ldap server entries.
