smtp after pop already in qmail-ldap

Hi,
I am trying to apply smtp after pop patch from this site in qmail-ldap, 
http://www.lifewithqmail.org/ldap/patches/smtp-after-pop/smtp-after-pop-20010801.patch

I am getting errors.  Is this patch already part of qmail-ldap?
