I use a modified version of Uebimiau for webmail services. With this
aplication, quota is stablished using a config variable. Qmail uses
qmaiquota atributes to control number of mails and acount ocupation that
works perfectly and help me to disable those nasty people who use my email
accounts for spam purposes. Maybe someone who use squirrelmail could give
a response.
