At least it is possible to disable antispam via a web frontend with simscan.
You just have to make spamassassin use ldap to store ldap per user preferences 
and make your web interface to modify the ldap 'spamassassin' attribute.
I already use spamassassing-ldap preferences, but dont have the web interface 
yet. A plugin for horde or squirrelmail would be nice.
