Pardon me, my mistake there. :o) Anyway, how does your tcp.smtp look now? Did you remove the RELAYCLIENT="" parameter from the :allow,...line and re-generated your tcp.cdb file? Try restarting qmail and smtpd as well just to make sure your freshen up the services.
