mailAlternateAddress

Hi,
I have a problem. Two emails accounts must have the same attribute
mailAlternateAddress.
I have already tried to put an attribute "mailAlternateAddress" in each 
account, but the e-mail doesn't arrive.
For example: I want that when somebody sends an e-mail for
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (this is an alias - mailAlternateAddress) this email arrives 
in [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] accounts.
How can I solve this ?
