Help! I’ve configured and installed qmail-ldap but for some reason the lookups are failing; I’m
getting a ‘451 ldap lookup temporary failed,
please try again later’ error when I try to send an email through the
server. If I could get logging to work I would most likely be able
to troubleshoot it, but I can’ seem to get that functioning either. I’ve enabled the –DDEBUG option but even with
LOGLEVEL-3 set in my env variables nothing gets
logged. I’m no Linux genius, so I’m not sure what the
example ‘env LOGLEVEL=3 qmail-start’
means (I don’t understand the qmail-start part), plus that just gives me
a file not found error anyway. Does anyone have some advice on how to get the logs working
(and let me know to where it’s logged). -Clayton Corbey CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This message is intended only for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
