qmail migrations away from LDAP

I currently have a qmail-ldap install on my server.  We installed ldap 
for future projects that aren't going to happen now. 

I want to move away from LDAP as we have no use for it.
I have installed qmail on the new server using the Qmail Rocks method.

What I'd like to ask is what is the best way to backup the current 
maildirs so I can move them to the new server?
