Hi All,

We've been using qmail-ldap for quite a while, but without actually
using the ldap portion. We just have a slapd daemon running without any
user data. Reason being, our qmail is configured as a store-and-forward
server. Recently, slapd has been choking under spam attacks, and I'm
wondering if there is a way to either disable ldap checking or "fake" an
ldap response.
You might be wondering why we're using qmail-ldap in the first place,
and it's because of the excellent combined patches that qmail-ldap
provides. I'm not sure if I have enough faith in qmailrocks after
reading a few things in various places about it. :-)
So, anyone have a quick solution to this? Qmail-ldap comes in one
big patch, so it's not like I can just remove the ldap specific patch...

Thanks!
