Try ldap search from command line, it seems search for  
[EMAIL PROTECTED] returns more than one result.

ldapsearch -b "dc=com" '([EMAIL PROTECTED])'  dn

Use appropriate authentication for ldapsearch. If you get multiple  
entries for postmaster remove all unwanted entries.
