whats the best scanner to use with qmail-ldap and spamassassim

Hello.
   Im been using  qmail-ldap for a while with qmail-scanner and
Spamassassin.
   'Til now, I would tag the mail as spam only, but now need to reject
mail tagged as spam for a specific user.
   Can I do it?
   Is "qmail-scanner" the best scanner to do it than simscan ?
   I understand this is not a specific qmail-ldap question, but i dont
know any qmail-scanner list.
