Everything is OK but if You require successful SMTPAUTH why setting:
 - RELAYCLIENT (authorized clients are allowed to send email to remote
servers anyway)
 - BLOCKRELAYPROBE
 - SENDERCHECK
 - RETURNMXCHECK

I assume that clients from internal network that are able to authorize
are configured properly :)

I wish that I could do this on my systems... no mail from outside, only
internal authorized users or localhost... antispam and antivirus control
is almost not needed :)
