Hi Remy,
I've put together some qmail patches, with some improvements, for
qmail-ldap. You can get it here:

the patch is called qmail-ldap-1.03-20060201-envelope-scan-0.5.patch
This will allow you to implement greylisting with two out-of-the-box
solutions. You can use qmail-greylist and set up a MySQL backend
database for it, or you can use qmail-smtpdpol which will allow your
smtpd to interact with a postfix style smtpd acl policy server which
also allows greylisting among other things. I personally prefer the
second option, using policyd (http://policyd.sf.net) as smtp acl policy
server.
You can get more info on the way things work in the README.ENVELOPE_SCAN
that comes with the patch.
If you decide to try this solution, please let me know how it went.
