error 451 in qmail

Hi  Group,
 
 i've configured qmail-ldap in rhel4.0  but i am getting following error during 
sending mails:-
 
 Requested action aborted: error in processing
 Server replied: 451 qq temporary problem (#4.3.0)
 #cat /var/qmail/control/qmail-smtpd.rules
 
:allow,NOPBS="",SMTPAUTH="AUTHREQUIRED",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl"
 
 when i removed 
 QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl 
 from above file it's working fine. 
  what will be the solution , where i am wrong  .......
