Searching patch to prevent to sending mail to internet

Some month ago I saw the patch for qmail-ldap in qmail-ldap@qmail-ldap.org
maillist.

It's feature is:

Don't allow to send mail to the internet by users, but allow to send mail to
rcpthosts...

But now I can't find it, can you help please,
