Ok, so you question is how to layout your database, not how to create home- directories? Or are you asking how to layout your filesystem (with regards to mail directories)? What IS your question!? There is no organization/organizationUnit with 10000 users! What kind of users is it? Are you doing a hotmail 'clone' (anonymous/self subscrition users)?
