Sorry for a lot of messages, but I can't find the answer.
I'm using mailman.
The main list (mailman) works great, but when I create a test list, I
have permissions problems.
The errors:

Compiling:
#make --prefix=/var/mailman --with-mail-gid=qnofiles --with-cgi-gid=www
and
#make --prefix=/var/mailman --with-mail-gid=vmail --with-cgi-gid=www
The error is the same.
