it's quiet normal. By default the list of directory where the scan was done
is describe in these files :

/opt/AVP/defUnix.prf and ~.AVP/defUnix.prf

You might add in this file this line :
Names=*/home;*/var/spool/qmailscan;*/tmp;*/var/tmp;

Then it will works.
