Don't set QMAILQUEUE inside daemontools anymore. There appears to be too many (i.e. > 1) different ways of running daemontools out there - which makes my documentation of it pretty useless. Instead, so the other option. Set QMAILQUEUE within the tcpserver rule files. Then you can set Qmail-Scanner to run on some set of SMTP clients and not on others - it's all-round better.
