Running clamscan from commando-line works fine - and I have created the clamav-user as 
desriped in the documentation. I'm puzzled as well

hmm...all that looks ok to me. 
The Access Denied error -seemed- to be pointing to perm/ownership.
Now I'm puzzled.

Do you have a clamav UID/GID as suggested by clamscan docs?
Is everything else OK if clamscan is out of the Q-S process?
