It's the bl**dy vim editor folks, it "assumes" it knows better than me and
replaces TABS with spaces where appropriate.\
Do you have expandtabs sets? Check your .vimrc for "set expandtab" and change
it to "set noexpandtab". Verify the setting in vim by doing a ":set all" and
looking for "noexpandtab".
