Then please report it to the vpopmail maintainer!

This has shown up before on the list. It has nothing to do with Q-S - it's
just that the author(s) of vpopmail thought no-one dicked around with
environment variables in tcpserver - and ignored them in their
auto-generating funtions.

Only they can fix it.
