TRY !/usr/bin/perl
and make sure that the smtp rules file is :allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue" and NOT :allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" alternativly just install the RPM which allows perl setuid r [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote:

I install qmail-scanner and it give the error "can't do setuid" in logs. i
use the qmail-scanner-queue from contrib directory and put the right
permissions but it still not work.
I'm using the qmail-scanner-queue.c (is in contrib dir) and I have
"#!/usr/bin/perl -T" as 1st line on the PL
qmail-scanner-queue : rwsr-xr-x 1 qmailq qmail
qmail-scanner-queue.pl : rwxr-xr-x 1 qmailq qmail
