I'm using rblsmtpd to receive my mail, it looks in ORDB to check if the
server is blacklisted, and then handles the mail to qmail-smtpd

/service/qmail-smtpd/run:

#!/bin/sh
export QMAILQUEUE=/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl
ulimit -v 8192
exec /usr/bin/tcpserver -v -R -H -u `id -u qmaild` -g `id -g nobody` -x
/etc/vpopmail/tcp.smtp.cdb 0 25 \
/usr/bin/rblsmtpd -r relays.ordb.org /usr/sbin/qmail-smtpd 2>&1
