hi all Just installed the qmail-scanner . i don't know wheather it is woking or not. when i send a mail containg virsu signature it is notifying the sender and sys admin about the virus that's fine. now i don't know wheater it is working for receiving incoming mails or not.i use clam AV with qmail + vpopmail in Red hat 8.0.
one thing i like to know that when the incoming and outgoing mails are processed with qmail-scanner it sud have X-Qmail-scanner in the mail hearder, i did'nt see any these in the mail full header. why is this?. i don't have spamassasain installed. can i filter mail regarding to the subject still??? if yes plz guide me.
