Not a problem. qconfirm is the *only* app that has stopped 100% of unwanted commercial email on one of my addresses.
Yes I dont doubt that it is very effective at stopping UCE, but I consider unwanted automatic messages to be spam aswell, and getting spammed for trying to offer some advice isnt something I appriciate. just my 2cents
Also, I wish all mailing lists, including this one, would put itself in the Reply-To: field, it shouldnt be a big problem, and most people seem to be annoyed by double replies (off list + on list). mkay 4 cents.. there goes my budget for the day.

ps. with SpamAssassin & Razor2 at score 5 maildrop filter, i get about 1 spammail pr. 2 weeks, and i only ever filtered out 1 legit message, and that was a non RFC compliant message autogenerated from a messageboard.
