If you are running a AV system that requires more memory based on the size
of the message, then I'd strongly suggest you get a new AV system.

[unless you are running your softlimits too close to the mimimun required:
I've always said find out how much memory you can run Q-S under, then add a
few extra meg (maybe 5M more?) just to cover the extra large messages]

No properly written AV system should (say) need 5M more RAM for a 5M larger
message - it's not like they read the whole thing into memory or anything!
They should all have a "window" of the message they scan through - so memory
usage remains constant after a certain size is reached.
