Jason, Am not sure if you got any further, but based on what you mailed it has to be a problem with suid. Think you said something about using an install without suidperl, but uh well as far as I understood qs needs suidperl. Maybe someone else on the list can give a better response? ( I changed the subject somewhat hoping that others will fill in)
