Heh.. Bad SpamAssassin 'things' on outgoing emails ;)

For example.  I just enabled user_prefs.  For some reason, my
SpamAssassin is now ignoring the global config prefs, and using it's
defaults when it can't find user_prefs.

When "Problem Report" from Horde/IMP is used, and SA'd - I don't get a
Problem Report, I get a SpamAssassin Page, with the problem attached 
(Because it scored over 5, and my global pref was ignored).  
Double Plus Un-good. :(

IMHO, SpamTagging Outgoing email doesn't do any good, because if the
recipient isn't running SA, they're not going to utilize the features,
and if they are, it's going to be overwritten anyways.
