So, a transient solution could be disablied "habeas" check until they fix the problem...
In local.cf add
score HABEAS_SWE -8.0

I'm sorry, in my precedent post in this thread I've forgot to change the score, so to disabled the text you will add
score HABEAS_SWE 0.0
