Hello list I have just installed Qmail + qmail-scanner and it works fine.
But I wondered if it is not posible to have qmail-scanner react differently according to which rule is matched. To mee it seems that qmail-scanner either notifies in general or doesn't. e.g. is the following possible: if a disallowed attachment of type .mp3 is found do NOT notify sender if a disallowed attachment of filetype .exe is found DO notify sender if a virus is found by the virus scanner DO notify sender if the mail originates from the local network, and NOT if it comes from an external network etc. etc. etc. In short; is it possible to make qmail-scanner react differently, on a "pr rule" basis, and further can it distinct between if the mail originates from the local network or outside networks?
