I have a server setup to do this for several domains, my smtproutes
looks like this
domain1.tld:mail.domain1.tld
domain2.tld:mail.domain2.tld
domain3.tld:mail.domain3.tld
where mail. is the exchange/notes/etc server used by the end users.
mail for all other domains gets routed as per the MX record for that
domain.
