Hi
I am using qmail scanner version 1.16 with trend interscan viruswall
version. 3.8. It was working fine.
Recently Trend announced New Pattern scheme and asked to update a service
pack. I did it but I got the error while scanning mails
18/06/2004 20:49:22:1367: --output of iscan was:
Virus Scanner v3.1, VSAPI v6.810-1005
Trend Micro Inc. 1996,1997
read pattern failed,rc -4
-3: invalid pattern file
-4: pattern file not found
-83: incorrect pattern format
-96: read error
-98: out of memory
But I am able to run the same command from prompt without any problem. Does
anyone faced the problem? I checked the permissions and it is fine.
The existing scanner works only upto pattern 899. To upgrade pattern i need
to apply service pack.
