Hi,
whenever a message is sent with bcc, some recipients will find the wrong To
address.
This is normal, in particular with mailing lists
I am using the kind pf setup you are looking for, and have added it to qmail
scanner
as a "localrules" scanner. To be honest, it tookme a few months before I had
listed all the
mails that I need to accept although I am not in the To area
You might have trouble working out individual rules with your users
