Queue only + send manually (schedule)

Hi,

I'd like to queue messages and then send them all when the network link is up.
I know I can use uucp over TCP for that, but it may decrease security.
I'd prefer to avoid uucp.

Can I find any docs or examples somwhere?

Any suggestions welcome.
