Another Bouce Newbie

Dear All,

I'd like some help returning/rejecting all mails coming from 
@gw2keuro.ie or @gw.gw2keuro.ie domain.
I've tried every possible way, but it's still doesn't work.

Please inform me, what is the best way to:
1. Reject any mails for specific address?
2. Reject any mails for specific domain?
