The problem is that qmail checks the envelope sender, and that is $SENDER.
In your case, the envelope sender is [EMAIL PROTECTED], as I can see it in 

>From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Feb 23 15:45:19 1999
Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
